The Therapy Room

The Therapy Room offers high quality psychological therapy for people aged 16+, enabling you to understand your problems, improve your wellbeing and mental health and develop coping skills and strategies that will last a lifetime.

Along with improvements in mood and anxiety, therapy encourages benefits in physical health, relationships, work and your general quality of life. Many people say therapy helped them to ‘become their old self again’ or ‘become the person they always wanted to be’. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you will be supported every step of the way.

All treatment offered is in line with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance, which means everything we do is evidence-based and proven to be effective.
